One of my absolute favorite fruits is apple! Apple juice, apple pie, applesauce, Apple TV; I love it all! Not only are apples super juicy and sweet (sometimes sour), they are also extremely rich in important antioxidants, flavonoids, and dietary fiber. Apples have been linked to lowering common illnesses such as diabetes and certain cancers. Be sure to keep this week's ingredient in your diet! A wise man did once say, "An apple away keeps the doctor away!"
